Lost or Damaged Packages:

Return / Refund and Exchange Policy
For returns, refunds, or exchanges, please refer to our policies below:
Returns / Refunds: Accepted within 14 days after delivery with a customer-paid postage fee. Returns and refunds are processed upon receiving the items. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
Exchanges: To exchange items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return the original items using the same package. Shipping fees apply.
Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in unused, re-sellable condition. Garments that are deemed to be faulty will be eligible for a full refund.
